The Pendant

At the center rests a hand-burned wooden pendant depicting a young plant rising above the surface while an established root system spreads below. What is visible is only part of the process. The circular boundary reinforces containment and balance, while the surrounding marks act as a quiet field, holding the work in place rather than allowing it to scatter.
