SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Free Shipping All US orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Standard Shipping Orders under $75 are charged shipping calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Processing Time Every Fifth Gate Mystic piece is handcrafted to order with intention and care. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing before your order ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer and we will keep you updated.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Once your piece is ready, we ship via USPS/UPS:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (available at checkout)
Total Timeline Please allow 2-3 weeks from order to delivery. We appreciate your patience as we create something made just for you.
Packaging Each item is carefully wrapped and shipped in sturdy protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
