Water Element Talisman

Made to order.

This talisman was created with steady attention and a calm hand. The wooden pendant is stained in a dark walnut tone and hand-burned with the symbol for Water. The strand is built on waxed cotton cord using layers of blue, silver and white, with medium wood beads. The colors move like tide water, shifting from dark to light along the length of the piece.

At the base rests the octopus charm set against the tassel. The weight of it brings in that sense of depth, intuition, and the quiet pull of the unknown that Water is known for.

Each talisman is made to order. I take my time with these so the finished piece meets my standards and feels settled before it leaves my hands. Measurements may vary by a few inches, though every talisman is made long enough to slip comfortably over the head. Bead color may vary slightly due to available supply when order is placed. As each tassel for Earth, Air, Fire, and Water is handmade, tassel lengths and hanging loop lengths may vary.

These work well as ritual jewelry or as adornment for spiritual spaces where the element of Water is honored.

Because the pendant is natural wood and the piece is constructed as beadwork rather than hardware, it should be treated as a handcrafted ritual object. The waxed cotton cord and construction are designed for ritual use and mindful handling, not heavy daily strain.

Because this piece is constructed from natural materials and built as a working talisman, wear over time is expected. Should the cord eventually give under long-term use, this is considered part of the piece's natural lifecycle. Rebuilding services are available if you would like the piece to be restrung and returned to working condition.
