The Pendant

At the center rests a hand-burned wooden pendant marked with a labyrinth.

The labyrinth is one of the oldest spiritual symbols of journey and transformation. Unlike a maze, it contains only one path. The design represents the experience of traveling inward through reflection and experience before emerging again changed by the process.

In this way, the labyrinth symbolizes transformation that unfolds through movement rather than force. Each step along the path represents experience, insight, and the gradual reshaping of the self.

The pendant serves as the focal point of the talisman, anchoring the theme of personal evolution and spiritual growth.

Beneath the pendant hangs a black tassel carrying an antique silver colored skeleton key.

The key represents the unlocking of the next stage along one's path. It symbolizes thresholds, opportunity, and the moment when growth allows a new door to open. Positioned at the end of the tassel, the key reflects the idea that transformation eventually reveals new possibilities waiting to be entered.

Together, the labyrinth and key represent the journey and the moment of transition that follows it.

African Turquoise Jasper Beads
African turquoise jasper is often called the stone of evolution. Traditionally associated with growth, change, and expanded perspective, it is used in spiritual work to support those navigating personal transformation and life transitions.

Within this talisman it represents the steady unfolding of new understanding and the courage required to move forward along one's path.

Sandalwood Beads

Silver Colored Metal Leaf Bead Frames
Decorative silver colored bead frames appear throughout the talisman, cradling select African turquoise jasper and sandalwood beads.
