The Work This Piece Supports

The Pendant

At the center rests a hand-burned wooden pendant marked by an open, interrupted circular form.

The design reflects cycles that do not fully close. Patterns that can be recognized and consciously altered before they repeat. The incomplete form introduces space for choice, reinforcing the idea that awareness creates the opportunity to respond differently rather than follow what has already been set in motion.

Subtle surrounding marks echo repetition and observation, while the central break in the pattern represents the moment of interruption. This is the point where awareness becomes action.

Beneath the pendant hangs a black tassel with a silver owl charm and coordinated bead fall. The owl represents quiet observation and the ability to see clearly even in low visibility. Positioned within the tassel, it reflects awareness held in stillness rather than projected outward. The tassel anchors the piece downward, grounding perception into the physical body and reinforcing control rather than reaction.

Care & Notes

Handle with care to preserve the longevity of the leather cord and beadwork. Because the pendant is natural wood and the piece is constructed as beadwork rather than hardware, it should be treated as a handcrafted ritual object. The leather cord and construction are designed for ritual use and mindful handling, not heavy daily strain.

Because this piece is constructed from natural materials and built as a working talisman, wear over time is expected. Should the cord eventually give under long-term use, this is considered part of the piece’s natural lifecycle. Rebuilding services are available if you would like the piece to be restrung and returned to working condition.
