The Structure

Built around a wooden hanging ring and layered cotton cord in soft gray, cream, and sage tones, this piece combines braided sections, knotwork, wooden beads, symbolic charms, and burned wooden focal elements into a folk-inspired ritual object intended for display near entrances, altars, bedrooms, meditation spaces, or other significant locations.

The central Gebo rune serves as the primary symbolic anchor. Traditionally associated with exchange, reciprocity, partnership, and balance, it establishes the core current around which the remainder of the design is built.

Additional symbols reinforce themes of harmony and peaceful coexistence. The Wunjo rune is traditionally associated with joy, fellowship, contentment, and harmonious relationships. The Awen symbol represents inspiration, flow, and spiritual harmony. The spiral reflects continuity, balance, and the natural unfolding of life's cycles.
