Meditation rarely begins with perfect stillness. More often it begins with the simple act of returning, again and again, to the breath, the body, and the present moment. This talisman was created to support that return.

The Pendant

At the center rests a hand-burned wooden pendant marked with a spiral surrounded by radiating lines. Across many traditions the spiral represents inward movement, personal awareness, and the unfolding journey toward the center of the self. The form mirrors the natural rhythm of meditation: attention slowly turning inward until the mind settles into quiet presence.

The surrounding radiating marks symbolize the clarity and awareness that arise once stillness is found. The spiral carries a subtle shimmering finish that catches the light softly, echoing the calm luminous quality of focused awareness.

Beneath the pendant hangs a white tassel with additional aqua tassel, accented with a silver colored meditation figure charm and coordinated beadwork. The seated figure represents grounded presence, mindful breathing, and the centered awareness cultivated through meditation practice.

White, Clear, and Aqua Glass Seed Beads
