At the center rests a hand-burned wooden pendant marked by a horizontal line crossed by a vertical path. This represents the threshold and the act of passage through it. The horizontal line marks the boundary. The vertical path marks continuation.

In traditional understanding, this is a working mark tied to movement, choice, and crossing from one state into another. The circular form contains the work, holding the movement within a defined space.
