A working talisman created to support calm, grounding, and the gradual return to inner balance when the mind becomes overstimulated or scattered.

Designed for ritual wear, altar work, meditation, or moments of quiet reflection, this piece encourages the steady settling of thought and emotion. Rather than forcing calm, the talisman emphasizes allowing the mind to slow naturally, creating space for breath, clarity, and presence.

Stress rarely disappears all at once. More often it softens gradually as the body and mind return to a steadier rhythm. This talisman was created to support that return.

Through the soft ocean-like tones of marine agate, the warm grounding presence of rosewood, and the quiet movement of its layered tassel, the design reflects the balance between emotional stillness and grounded stability.

The Pendant

At the center rests a hand-burned wooden pendant depicting a low horizon with gentle waves beneath a rising or setting sun.

Across many symbolic traditions, the horizon represents equilibrium between sky and earth, thought and feeling, movement and rest. The calm water beneath it reflects the quieting of emotional turbulence, when agitation settles and the surface of the mind grows still.

The simple lines of the design intentionally avoid complexity. Like watching distant water at rest, the image invites the eye and mind to slow.

The pendant carries a natural finish that allows the grain of the wood to remain visible, reinforcing the grounded and organic nature of the piece.

Beneath it hangs a flowing white tassel with a brown accent strand and coordinating beadwork, finished with a silver colored lotus charm.

The lotus has long symbolized calm emerging from difficulty and the quiet unfolding of inner clarity. In this piece it reflects the ability to find stillness even in the midst of pressure or noise.

Glass Seed Beads (Brown, Grey, and Cream)
Neutral seed beads create rhythm and visual balance throughout the strands, echoing the layered tones of shoreline sand and stone.

Silver Colored Metal Accents
Decorative metal spacers add structure and contrast while reinforcing the cool tones of the agate and lotus charm.

White Tassel with Brown Accent
