A dual-current altar set designed to separate banishing and casting into two distinct working fields. Rather than blending opposing intentions into a single space, this set provides structure, allowing each action to be performed cleanly, deliberately, and without interference.

This set includes two fully realized talismans: one aligned with banishing and containment, the other with casting and outward direction. Together with the tray, they form a complete working system rather than a single-focus piece. Use the dark side to remove or contain what you do not want, and the light side to direct what you do.

Purpose & Practice

This set is built around control of direction.

The left side of the tray, marked by the filled circle, is used for banishing, containment, and the closing of cycles. It draws inward, absorbs, and holds.

The right side, marked by the open circle and radiating lines, is used for casting, activation, and outward movement. It directs, sends, and expands.

Working with both sides allows for a clear two-step process:

• Remove or contain what is no longer needed
• Direct intention forward without obstruction

This structure keeps workings focused and prevents overlap between opposing intentions.

The circular forms reflect two opposing but necessary functions. The filled circle represents closure, containment, and absorption. The open circle represents movement, projection, and directed intention. Together they establish a balanced working surface rooted in structure rather than abstraction.

Banishing Talisman (Dark)

This talisman is built for containment, boundary work, and the removal of unwanted influence. The filled circle reflects a closed system, drawing inward and holding steady rather than allowing outward movement.

Suited for banishing work, shadow work, grounding, and reinforcing personal limits.

Casting Talisman (Light)

Materials:

• Wood beads

• Hand-burned wooden pendant with open circle design
• White tassel

This talisman is built for direction, activation, and outward intention. The open circle allows movement, while the overall structure supports clarity and controlled projection.

Symbolism & Structure

• Filled Circle: Represents containment, absorption, and closure. A boundary that holds and neutralizes.
• Open Circle: Represents movement, openness, and direction. A field through which intention can move outward.
• Pentacle Charm: A symbol of grounded practice and elemental balance. It anchors both talismans so that neither banishing nor casting becomes unstructured or unstable.
• Contrast of Dark and Light: Not a moral division, but a functional one. One current draws inward, the other moves outward. Both are required for effective practice.

Craftsmanship

This set is sold as a complete working system and is intended to be used together.

Each tray is entirely freehand burned, ensuring no two will ever be identical. Natural wood grain and burn variation give each piece its own character. This exact design will not be repeated, though similar concepts may appear in future work.

Each component is ritually blessed before leaving my hands.

Colors may vary slightly from photos or videos due to lighting and natural wood tone, though I do my best to capture each piece as accurately as possible.

Candle & Fire Safety

This tray is made from natural wood. Never leave candles unattended while burning on or near this surface. Always use appropriate candle holders and practice fire safety during ritual work.
