A working altar tile centered on the Ægishjálmur (Old Norse: Helm of Awe), a protective and focusing stave found in Icelandic grimoires. Traditionally described as a mark worn between the eyes before battle, it was intended to induce fear in opponents while strengthening the will and presence of the one who bore it.

In simple terms: a piece for standing your ground, reinforcing intention, and holding focus when pressure is present.
